• Entrants acknowledge and accept registration to receive ongoing newsletters and promotional emails from DTSL Assistive Technology.
• Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of this and all below terms and conditions.
• The promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
• Employees of DTSL and any agency involved with this promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, defacto spouse, child, parent or sibling.
• The promotion commences 1 December 2025 and closes at 4pm 17 December 2025.
• Winners will be drawn by end of day 18 December 2025 and notified as soon as possible.
• Prizes will then be shipped out to the designated address the same day (18 December 2025).
• Once awarded, DTSL is not liable for any part of the prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in anyway. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify an entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant.
