Evaluations and Trials

We can offer trials of a range of devices and software solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Options are available to trial some of our physical products – but not everything within our website can be loaned out. Some key products include a range of switches, toys, voice amplifiers, joysticks, styluses and scanning pens. Software can usually be trialled by contacting us and requesting access to a link and license code.

Please contact us to enquire about options for trialling, or to ask for advice around the best solutions to consider. If the item you request is not available, we can make suggestions for alternative options.

Our trial term is usually 10 working days, and normally at no cost. However, paid options are available for a selection of our devices if you require a longer trial period. Email or call us to discuss this option.

Equipment loan conditions:

  • Equipment is loaned out for trial for 10 days.
  • Should the equipment not operate properly when it arrives, notify us immediately upon noticing the malfunction and request instructions.
  • The ‘end date’ on the loan form is the date the equipment leaves your organisation.
  • If the device has removable batteries, please take the batteries out prior to shipping.
  • If the trial return date is unable to be met, you are required to notify us at least 3 days prior to the return date.
  • If the equipment is not returned by the due date and no extension has been mutually agreed to then a late fee of $50/week will apply until the equipment is returned.
  • The organisation signing the agreement is liable for all costs if the equipment is damaged, lost, stolen, or not returned for any reason.
  • The equipment is to be returned in suitable protective packaging via tracked courier service at borrower’s cost.
